Welcome to Calcot Peak Barn

Set in stunning Cotswold countryside, in the middle of a small estate, Calcot Peak Barn is a new conversion, carefully crafted throughout in oak, Cotswold stone and slate, half a mile off the road enjoying beautiful views and complete privacy.

Available for holiday lets and functions, set in the heart of the Cotswolds it is a perfect base from which to explore the area, wonderful walking – no pets please. Excellent stargazing.

Interior Specifications

Simply but elegantly furnished the inside of the barn is open plan with two small solid oak staircases leading to each of the mezzanine floor bedrooms, sleeps 4.

The barn is superbly equipped throughout. A bathroom with shower is situated downstairs, as is the kitchen, small utility room and large living/dining space.

An efficient wood-burning stove is easy to light and is a cosy focal point on a grey day – logs are provided. Central heating keeps the barn warm and provides plenty of hot water. There is a TV/DVD player and sound system and the large oak table can seat up to eight people.

Garden furniture is available and a BBQ is provided in the summer. The kitchen contains; dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric/gas oven and microwave, the washing machine is in the utility room.

The barn sleeps four, one double-bed room, the other with two singles (linen provided) privacy is ensured with drape curtains from the roof rafters. Equipped for up to 8 diners.

A small welcome pack containing a few essentials; tea, coffee, milk, sugar, butter, bread, cheese, biscuits and a bottle of wine, awaits your arrival.
